If you would like to contribute song chords to this wiki, fill in the form available at the bottom of this page and you will receive an invitation to join this wiki. Here are some important points to be kept in mind while contributing:
1) Keep the page name as Song Name - Movie Name. Before writing chords for a song, make sure that the chords doesn't already exist. You can do that by browsing the wiki index or using the search box on the right.
2) The default font for this wiki is Courier New. We have kept this font so that you can use spaces to align the bars properly. For headings like Chords, Lead, use Heading 3. For sub headings like Pallavi, Saranam, apply Heading 4.
3) Specify the words of certain lines of the lyrics, so that readers can follow and correlate the chords with the lines. Apply italic style to such words so that one can easily differentiate them.
4) If you are using Internet Explorer, hitting the Enter key will create a new paragraph which will create an empty line break between. To avoid this, you can hit Shift+Enter to go to the next line.
5) Specify the Scale and the Timing / Meter at the top.
6) You can specify the repetitions at the end of the line by adding couple of spaces and then putting the number of repetitions inside round brackets.
7) Once you have saved the page, click on the "+Tags:" link at the top to add tags to the page. For example, you can give the language of the song as a tag. This will help in better organization of the pages.
8) Once you are finished with a song, review it once again and play the song along with it.
